About the session
What do I need to share with you before a session?
Your date, time and place of birth, and your concern. Please describe your concern in detail and honestly. People spend their hard-earned money on these sessions, and we want to give you the guidance you deserve, within our limits.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
We do not offer Birth Time Rectification (BTR) at the moment, so it is best for everyone if you give us your exact time of birth.
Which session should I choose: Dwapara, Treta or Satya?
Dwapara (20 minutes, ₹2,000) suits you if you want to understand a particular problem, the time you are going through, and what to avoid in the near future.
Treta (30 minutes, ₹3,200) is for an in-depth analysis of your chart, without the pending karma reading, with the best timings for your concerns and future predictions.
Satya (45 minutes, ₹6,000) covers the pending karma reading together with the in-depth analysis of your chart.
What is the pending karma reading in Satya?
We point out the karmas carried by your ancestors or by you, and give particular remedies for them. Your whole chart is discussed in detail, with every planet and combination.
How is the session held?
Sessions are held on Google Meet, and we send the invite by email. Sessions are not recorded.
What language do you consult in?
English and Hindi.
Do you give remedies?
Yes. Remedies are given in every session plan, whenever your chart calls for them.
Booking and payment
How do I book?
Create an account, choose a session, and send your request with your preferred date and time. We confirm by email or WhatsApp. Go to the booking form.
How long until I get a reply?
Within 24 hours of your request.
How and when do I pay?
Once your slot is confirmed, you pay by UPI before the session. We send you the UPI details.
Can I pay from outside India?
Yes, you can pay through PayPal.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule. If we cannot hold the session at the agreed time, we reschedule it.
Do you give refunds?
We give a refund when we find that we are not meant to check your chart, which we only know after we analyse it. Otherwise we do not give refunds.
What if I am late or miss the session?
You can reschedule.
Can I book for someone else (a parent, a child, a partner)?
Yes. We prefer that the person is present at the session. If you are booking for a close family member, it is fine if they are not present. Please give that person’s birth details in the form.
Privacy and trust
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your birth details and message are used only to prepare and hold your session. Only the Sufiology team can see your details. No one outside the team can see them, and they are never sold. Read the Privacy notice.
Can I ask you to delete my information?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email sufiology8@gmail.com and we will delete it.
After your session
Can I ask follow-up questions after the session?
Yes. If we think your question needs a full session, we will ask you to book a new one.
Can I get a written summary or a recording?
Not at the moment. Sessions are not recorded, so we suggest you write down the important points as we discuss them.
How do I contact you if I have a problem?
